ARRIVAL COMMUNICATIONS, BRANDING PROGRAM
Background
Arrival Communications is a start-up telecommunications firm that brings high speed, broadband Internet connections into both small and medium-sized markets. Its strategy is to acquire local phone companies and expand their offerings. To introduce Arrival into its markets and initiate the sales process, the company needed branding and an integrated media package. With markets crowded by competitors with vast resources, Arrival wanted to move forward quickly, wasting neither time nor resources.
Solution
KC worked with Arrival to create an identity and craft a market position. Arrival positioned itself as small, but sophisticated, and much more accessible than its bigger rivals. Because the company enters markets through acquisition, it can leverage itself as a contributing part of the community. We developed the tagline, "Connect with success." A Web site, advertising (radio, billboard, and print), and marketing collateral (presentation folder, company and product sheets) were developed and produced concurrently. Created to be turnkey, the entire program can be easily implemented as Arrival rolls into any new location. It is also flexible enough to communicate with both consumer and business audiences.
Results
Based on the strategies and marketing platforms KC created, Arrival continues to expand into new markets. Our materials continue to propel them forward.
